3️⃣ Protect Your Hands: Wear gloves to prevent direct contact with the chemical peel.

Application Process

✔ Evenly Apply the Peel: Spread a thin, even layer of LuMelan™ Chemical Peel over the desired treatment area.
✔ Gentle Massage: Lightly rub the peel into the skin for 10 seconds to ensure absorption.
✔ Processing Time: Leave the peel on for 8-16 hours based on skin sensitivity and provider recommendations.

Post-Peel Care

✔ Rinse & Hydrate: After the designated time, wash off the peel with mild soap and water. Pat dry gently.
✔ Moisturization & Protection:

  • Apply Aquaphor twice daily to the treated area for optimal healing.
  • Use a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen before any sun exposure.
    ✔ Avoid Sun Exposure & Other Treatments:
  • Limit direct sunlight for at least 2 weeks post-procedure.
  • Refrain from laser treatments, dermabrasion, or additional chemical peels for at least 3 weeks.

🚨 If you experience unusual irritation, severe redness, itching, or swelling, wash the area immediately and consult your provider.
