1. All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Refunds

Goals Plastic Surgery maintains a strict NO RETURN, NO REFUND, and NO EXCHANGE policy.

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason.
  • Returns are not accepted under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, incorrect orders, or product-related concerns.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to product efficacy, allergic reactions, or personal preference.

2. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Goals Plastic Surgery, you agree that:

  • You waive your right to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims with your bank or credit card provider.
  • Any chargeback attempt will be contested and legally challenged in accordance with U.S. laws governing digital and physical product transactions.
  • If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, Goals Plastic Surgery reserves the right to ban future purchases, take legal action, and report fraudulent activity to financial institutions.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is received in damaged or defective condition, the customer must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting info@goalsplasticsurgery.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Damage claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a replacement may be issued at the discretion of Goals Plastic Surgery.
  • Shipping fees for replacements are the responsibility of the customer.

Failure to report damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt voids any potential replacement eligibility.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Goals Plastic Surgery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered shipments.

  • Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the customer assumes full responsibility for the package.
  • In the event of a lost or stolen package, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

5. Non-Transferability of Purchases

  • Purchases are non-transferable and may not be resold, gifted, or exchanged for credit.
  • Any unauthorized attempt to resell or transfer a product violates this policy and may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

6. Policy Enforcement & Legal Action

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • This Return & Refund Policy is legally binding, and any attempt to violate or circumvent these terms may result in legal consequences.
  • Any fraudulent refund request, chargeback, or dispute will be reported to financial institutions and legal authorities.
