1. In-Person Services & Product Shipping

  • Most products and treatments offered by Goals Plastic Surgery are in-person procedures performed at our locations.
  • Only select physical products are eligible for shipping. If you are unsure whether a product can be shipped, please contact us before purchasing.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders for eligible physical products are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability and verification requirements.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Carriers & Delivery

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options for eligible physical products.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected.
  • Goals Plastic Surgery is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the customer assumes full responsibility for the package.
  • Goals Plastic Surgery is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If an issue arises, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders lost in transit or stolen after delivery.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping the order.
  • We do not issue refunds for undeliverable orders caused by incorrect shipping details.

6. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
  • All purchases must be shipped to addresses within the United States.
